The SC should always have the principle of individual rights in front of it. If an activity violates or threatens to violate a person's right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, congress must address it. If an activity does not violate or threaten to violate a person's right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, congress shall make no law.
