Kochs support cancer research while shamelessly polluting the environment

Reader comment on: The New Yorker on David and Charles Koch

Submitted by LT (United States), Aug 28, 2010 20:02

It's amazing that these self-serving brothers can fund cancer research causes while flooding the environment with known carcinogens and fighting against government regulation.

How very sexist to portray Jane Meyer's intelligent piece as "breathless"--give me a break! If a man had written it, I guarantee you wouldn't have used that word. Talk about "trying to shape a reader's perception."

The Future of Capitalism replies:

Your "guarantee" aside, here is a FutureOfCapitalism item in which I use the word "breathless" to refer to an article written by a man:

Think or do your research before you accuse someone of sexism.
