This quote makes no sense to me. It is not the job of the Supreme Court to decide whether something is good policy, is workable, is logical, is a jumble of provisions etc. It is their job to decide on constitutionality. If a congress wants to force people to buy broccoli, go for it. But good luck getting reelected. . .
