The FDA, Federal Death Administration, is simply doing what they have been doing for over 100 years. That is, making it a felony to engage in voluntary exchange between pharmaceutical companies and individuals. Millions have died waiting for approval of drugs that such people would have chosen freely. If your choice is to take the risk of using an unapproved, but viable drug, vs. certain death, many would choose the option for possible life. Unfortunately because of our non-capitalistic system, they got death instead of a choice.
