Another Frivolous Lawsuits-Kudos to McDonalds

We have video games that show killing people...we are told you don't have to buy that. We can post so much crap on the internet...told we have the freedom to do that. How about all that crap on TV...just change the channel. But a company cannot include a toy in a happy meal? Don't we also have the freedom to tell our kids "NO" if you really don't want your kids having a happy meal (plus the fact you can purchase just the toy). If this wins in the court system, I am bringing a lawsuit against lawyers regarding frivolous lawsuits. The US people against frivolous lawsuits. It's costing our country millions for these dumb lawsuits and it has taken jobs away because of our litigious society and lack of responsibility!! From now on in, if these lawsuits lose, and they should, the plaintiff should be responsible for ALL court costs. Hello, show some responsibility.
