I see a money grubber here, waiting for a payoff from McDonald's!!! Seriously, suing because a restaurant is selling something that appeals to children???? So, I guess IHOP can't sell pancakes in fun shapes, no more cereal in the cereal aisle with cartoon characters on the front, etc., etc., etc. If you don't want to child to have it, TELL THEM NO!!! Holy cow, we seriously need to take some personal responsibility in this country, not rely on the government to legislate common sense & parenting skills.
