This is a classic socialist & communist comment/statement by Murtagh. I would like to know if she studied about the holocaust. It was an outragous statement to "throw out there", to the world. I sincerely hope she was honestly being irrational when she said that RASH STATEMENT.

She should know the "government" is not the FIXER of ALL THINGS. As citizens and concerned parents/adults must take on the responsibility of their children's weight. It will require a full commitment to their child's health. It will require DISCIPLINE everyday.

Children's self esteem, needs to be built up and not degraded. There are various reasons the child is overweight. The times have changed. Less children can go out and play outside like they used too!

There may be "cuts of budgets' of the school for less sports etc. Less P.E. Less creative P.E. etc.

EDUCATION EDUCATION EDUCATION knowledge is the key! Keep reinforcing the reasons for children to loose weight. Promote HEALTH and a Future Healthier life. Be very positive and encouraging the children & to their parents! Offer support!!

(Ms.Murtagh you need to professionally consult a child psycholgist and "get help" for yourself you have horrible deplorable CONTROL ISSUES. The human race is valuable and families are the backbone of American. You MUST retract your evil statement.)
