I'm on your side almost all the way - I said 'almost' - but not when you're wrongly accusing Buffett.

It is patently ridiculous to assume that the CEO of a holding company is necessarily familiar with all the actions taking place in one of his subsidiaries. - Furthermore, I prefer giving him the benefit of the doubt (even if I don't necessarily agree with him), that he is perfectly in his right to object to having one of his companies being wrongfully taxed - while at the same time advocating appropriate tax increases on his personal income - and those of his fellow billionaires, etc.
