You assume minorities will not be able to vote. Do you believe they cannot get to a DMV? Do you believe they are too stupid to get there? Do you believe, even when the state will waive the fee, they cannot do it? What does this say about what you believe minorities CAN do? Minorities have been voting and will continue to vote! Minorities, and the elderly are not idiots. This is a straw man argument and one that is moot.
