Given the ACA rollout they probably feel like those damn software engineers have made us all look bad!!

Sadly, licensing would not stop awarding of bids to manifestly unqualified firms (CGI's serial govt project failures) based on their proximity as "friend of FLOTUS".

Wihtout licensing how can they raise fees? Without licensing where is the opportunity for graft?
