What performance?

Based on her performance, perhaps monitored E-mail should have been used. As pointed out recently, flying is an activity, not an accomplishment. Other than screwing up Benghazi and health care when Bill was President what has Hillary accomplished in her lifetime of playing politics other than a record of mediocrity and sleeze?
