As for speaking Spanish, if the president or anyone else wishes to speak Spanish that is fine, on the other hand all people living in this country must speak English because this is an English speaking country. If you go to spain or south America speak Spanish, when you live in America you must learn English.That's my 2 cents, Thank You !!
