if people understood any of the issues, they'd know the tea partiers are full of it.

they want to cut back the smallest portion of our spending to claim they are reducing the deficit, and they don't want to raise taxes even though that would help the second largest expenditure for the country (interest payments). If we just paid the money ourselves, we'd have less to borrow at 3-5% with 20% of it going offshore.

but i guess no one ever wants to answer that cost saving measure.
