Your leap to Bloomberg is well placed. Places to investigate include growth in compensation and benefits for staff and profs versus growth in tuition, value of tax exempt status of real estate and physical assets, decline in average profs teaching hours and shrinkage of class days (teaching load reduction) at many of the not for profit schools.
