I couldn't stop cringing as Perry was speaking about the Romney flip-flop. He just rambled and made no sense for 45 seconds (although we all knew what he was TRYING to say.)
That comment by Perry is a litmus test for members of the Republican party: if you thought what Perry said made sense, then you could never vote for Romney. If you thought what Perry said was incoherent (which, on paper, it was), then you could never vote for Perry.
