Two brief comments.

1. The language of "the hiring of legal professionals is an important decision that should not be based on advertising alone" is required to be on attorney websites and advertisements.

2. Your citing and linking to some of the "offending" law firms/attorneys only creates more traffic to their websites, which is counter-intuitive to the point of your blog entry. It also makes them easier to find on the search engines because of your link.
