It never should have been signed by Slick Willie in the first place. This was a "camel's nose under the tent moment" at the time. I was asleep at the time, or my attention was diverted by a blue dress.

The Constitution limits severly, the power of the Federal Government by design. Of course 2/3 of what they've been doing for all of my lifetime is also unconstiutuional. We must stop them.
