Jesus' comments not antisemitic
Reader comment on: Maureen Dowd on Neoconservatives
Submitted by Jim Nagle (United States), Sep 16, 2012 07:27
It was common for Jesus to lambaste the religious leaders of his day for misleading the common (Jewish) people, because, in His view, they constantly missed the point with God and were abusive of the people, whom Jesus loved. Jesus was no self-loathing Jew; His criticisms of the scribes and Pharisees were for specific offenses against God and man.

Even if one stipulates your point, why take that same image and apply it to a modern-day Jew?
