Eliminate all deductionsReader comment on: State Taxes and Charitable Gift Deductions Submitted by Andrew Terhune (United States), Jan 11, 2018 17:27 In Pennsylvania where I am domiciled, there are no deductions for anything from your state personal income taxes. The world still revolves, birds sing, the sun rises and sets. There is no reason our federal taxes couldn't be as simple.
