Inaccurate if not Perversely Wrong

Reader comment on: Who Are the Unemployed?

Submitted by mshare (United States), Aug 27, 2010 16:21

Sorry, but this article is in conservative la la land.

1. EXACTLY how many of the millions of unemployed do these particular anecdotes represent? What? No numbers? Then get off the high horse. Most of the unemployed are desperately looking for work.

2. Almost ALL states require an employee to have worked AT LEAST A YEAR and FULL TIME in order to receive unemployment benefits. People working part-time and seasonal jobs are NOT eligible. Look on ANY state website for some facts, huh? Stealthiswiki is hardly a reliable source.

Please, at least get your facts straight.
