Isn't anyone going to comment on the most shocking line in the State of the Union address?

""With or without this Congress, I will keep taking actions that
help the economy grow."

That's an open assertion of his determination to dictate to the
economy, to control men's lives, in defiance of the majority's
representatives, junking the heart of the Constitution: the
separation of powers.

He said this to the Congress. Can one sentence be an
impeachable offense?
