The high income earners and the rich should go on strike. Then Obama and those who sympathize with him would have a real life demonstration that only the productive add value and make life possible. Leave Obama and other statists to themselves. They would starve. Of course, they probably already know that their political philosophy causes poverty, which doesn't stop them because they want to rule over other people and control them. They really don't care about economic growth or the state of health care or any other excuse they use for grabbing power.
